Shipping

Japan Atelier ships internationally from Japan. Current checkout shipping zones are available for the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually prepared within 3-7 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination, but international shipments usually take 5-14 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available from the carrier.

Please note that delivery may take longer during busy seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@japanatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
